We do not offer refunds but items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. If an exchange is made for an item of lesser value, then you will receive a store credit in the amount of the difference in price.
Exchanges can be facilitated however the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs.
Expedited shipping via Fedex can be arranged. Kindly send a message prior to purchasing.
We only offer in-store gift cards at the moment, but we are working on adding online gift cards soon!

International orders will be shipped on Wednesdays, and regional orders are shipped on Tuesdays. Regional orders take two business days. US and Canada orders take eight working days. UK and EU orders take twelve working days.
Any defects found due to errors on our part will be fixed free of charge within two months of purchase. After the two month period a fee will be charged for all repairs.
All international items are shipped via the St. Lucia Registered Postal Service. Regional Orders will be shipped via Liat QuikPak.
US and Canadian orders can be tracked on the USPS and Canada Post website once the package has left St. Lucia. Regional orders can be tracked via Liat QuikPak Services. All other orders can be tracked on the St. Lucia post Tracking Website: http://www.stluciapostal.com/global-track-trace/
