DISTRIBUTORS Minimum Orders To open a wholesale account, an initial order valued at $300.00 or higher is required. The minimum size for subsequent orders is $500.00. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Can I exchange an item purchased online?
Exchanges can be facilitated however the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We do not offer refunds but items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. If an exchange is made for an item of lesser value, then you will receive a store credit in the amount of the difference in price.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days. US orders will arrive within 4 business days of shipment. For international orders please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order.

Is my item under warranty?
